Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you type into our contact form or our site assistant, plus any files you attach. We use it to answer your inquiry and to evaluate whether we can build what you are asking about. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, and your role, along with details about your project. Depending on the inquiry type you choose, it also asks about things like project location, build type, timeline, mold volume and method, facility details, operating regions, and certifications. You can leave the optional fields blank.

You must tick a consent box before the form will send. It confirms you agree to us storing your contact details and project files in order to evaluate feasibility and reply to you. The tick is a condition of sending the form, not something we file away as a separate record, so we do not keep a dated log of individual consents.

Files you attach

You can attach drawings and project documents. We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, STEP and STP files, up to 25 MB each. Files are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on our server.

We do not strip metadata from the files you send. Drawings and documents often carry embedded information such as author names, file paths, and revision history. If that matters for your project, remove it before you upload.

When you use the site assistant

The assistant is the chat panel in the corner of the site. Everything you type into it is sent to DeepSeek, an external AI provider, which generates the replies. The whole conversation is sent on each turn, not just your latest message. Your conversation is also saved to our inquiry system so our team can follow up.

Please do not paste confidential or commercially sensitive material into the assistant. If you have something confidential to share, use the contact form and say so, or ask us for an NDA first.

Technical information

Our server records the IP address a submission came from. We use it to catch spam and to limit how many submissions one source can send in an hour. Our web server also keeps standard access logs.

Cookies and browser storage

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no tracking pixel on it.

The contact form saves what you have typed into your own browser's local storage, so that you do not lose a half-finished form if you navigate away or close the tab. That draft stays on your device, is never sent to us on its own, and is deleted after 24 hours or as soon as you submit the form. Three things are deliberately never saved that way: the consent tick, because agreeing is something you should do deliberately each time; attached files, because a browser cannot store them; and our spam trap field.

Our staff CRM at app.alphaformgroup.com uses a login cookie. That is a separate system for our own team and is not part of your visit to this website.

Who else sees your information

We share information with three kinds of outside party, and no others.

• DeepSeek receives the text of your site assistant conversation, because it generates the replies. It does not receive contact form submissions.
• Microsoft 365 carries our outbound email. When we acknowledge your inquiry or notify our team about it, your message passes through Microsoft's mail service.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to data brokers or advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and their attachments for as long as we may still need them for the project you contacted us about, and for our ordinary business records afterwards. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule, so you should assume an inquiry stays on file until you ask us to remove it.

We would rather say that plainly than publish a retention period we do not actually enforce.

Asking us to delete your information

Write to info@alphaformgroup.com and ask. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including any drawings you sent. We will act on the request and confirm when it is done. Removing a stored file is a manual step for us, so if deletion of the drawings themselves matters to you, say so explicitly and we will confirm those files are gone as well as the record.

If you are in a place with specific privacy rights, such as Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, those rights apply and this is how you exercise them.

Security

Traffic to this site and to our inquiry system is encrypted in transit. Access to submitted inquiries and files is limited to the AlphaForm review team, behind a login. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

This is a business to business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who we send it to, we will change this page and move the date at the top.
