1. Who these terms are between

This website is operated by AlphaForm Group. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AlphaForm Group, and "you" means the person or company using the site. By using the site or sending us an inquiry, you accept these terms.

2. What this website is

This site describes what we do and gives you a way to start a conversation with us. Everything on it, including project examples, capability descriptions, regional coverage, and any figures shown, is provided for general information.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a commitment of capacity, or a guarantee of any lead time, tolerance, price, or result. Our project examples show what has been built before. They do not promise the same outcome on your project.

3. Nothing here creates a contract to build anything

Sending an inquiry does not create a supply agreement, does not reserve production capacity, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

4. Your drawings and project files stay yours

This is the part that matters most, so we will be direct about it.

You keep every right you already hold in the drawings, models, specifications, and documents you send us. We claim no ownership of them. We do not acquire a licence to use your designs in our own products, to show them to other customers, or to publish them.

You give us permission to do one thing with your files: open, review, and analyse them internally so that we can assess feasibility and respond to your inquiry. That permission covers our own review team and nothing else. It ends when you ask us to delete the files.

We will not use your project as a public reference, name you as a customer, or show your drawings or finished work in our marketing without asking you first.

If your material is confidential, tell us when you send it, or ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you upload anything. We would rather sign one first than argue about it later. Do not paste confidential material into the site assistant, because that chat is processed by an external AI provider. See ourPrivacy Policy for what happens to it.

You confirm that you are entitled to send us what you send. If the drawings belong to a client of yours, make sure you are allowed to share them.

5. Our own material

The content of this website, including its text, photography, renders, and design, and the names AlphaForm and AlphaGrid, belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, share links to it, and print pages for your own internal use. You may not republish it as your own or use our names and marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Our tooling, mold engineering, assembly and fastening details, and production methods are ours, including where we have developed them while working on your project. Any rights in project specific deliverables are settled in the signed agreement for that project, not here.

6. Using the site properly

Please do not:

• send us anything containing malware, or anything unlawful;
• submit inquiries in someone else's name, or on false details;
• try to break into, overload, scrape, or probe the site or the systems behind it;
• use the contact form or the assistant to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

We limit how many submissions one source can send in an hour, and we filter for spam. We may refuse or remove a submission and may block access if the site is being misused.

7. The site assistant

The assistant answers from the content of this website, using an external AI provider. It can be wrong, and it is not advice. It cannot commit us to anything, agree a price, confirm capacity, or make a technical representation you can rely on. When something needs a real answer, it will offer to put you in touch with a person, and that is the answer to rely on.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability

We do not promise the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including individual pages and the assistant, without notice.

10. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about the site and its content, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause is about the website. Liability on an actual project is dealt with in the agreement for that project.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. It forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
